This class offers a calm and supportive space where you can move your body, connect with your breath and bond with your baby - all at your own pace. The yoga is focused on postnatal recovery, helping to gently rebuild strenght, release tension and support emotional wellbeing, while naturally incorporating your baby into the practice.
- No prior experience of yoga is required.
- All yoga equipment is provided, please bring to class a small blanket and cushion that you are comfortable resting your baby on.
- The studio has no space to store buggy's and prams so please avoid bringing them to the class.
Sophie will be taking the Mother & Baby yoga session. May we request that you call Sophie on 07342956137 prior to attending your first class. This is only so Sophie can determine your individual needs and that of your babies. Any information shared will be strictly confidential.
